7 Weeks of Front Porch Baking Co.'s amazing bread and/or pastries. Choose between a Bread Only Share or a Bread and Pastry Box Share. Review the choices below and enjoy naturally leavened bread made with local flour all from Kristen's wonderful bakery in Millersville.

BREAD ONLY SHARE: Choose between a variety of breads each week for your share. Choices must be submitted through a form each week by 10 AM on Tuesdays.


Example choices:

  • The classic Valley Blonde batard shape; A rustic, crusty loaf that is 40% whole wheat and 100% PA grain.
  • The lovely Pan De Mie; A soft and fluffy pullman style sandwich loaf that is perfect for kids or kids at heart who enjoy a soft bread. It is 40% whole spelt flour and a similar texture to Front Porch's brioche.
  • The hearty Friendly Grain; Front Porch's Valley Blonde dough mixed with a blend of oats, millet, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds - coated in seeds before baking. It has a nutty and wonderful flavor for sandwiches and toast alike.


PASTRY BOX + BREAD SHARE: The same choices every other week as the Bread Only Share, plus the addition of 4-5 of Front Porch Baking Co.'s beautiful pastries from tea cakes, to bars, pastries, cookies and more. A delicious surprise each week you receive your box along with your bread.

Important dates:


  • BREAD SHARES BEGINS THE THIRD WEEK OF THE C.S.A. 
  • The week of December 22nd and 29th there will be NO PICK UP or DELIVERY. Deliveries and pick ups will resume the week of January 5th.
